Our school hosts nearly 350 international students each year, either  following  a degree programme or taking part in our exchange progammes, and we are here to help you plan your stay.

INSA-Rouen offers an integrated graduate degree programme with 10 semesters of study leading to the French ‘Diplôme d’Ingénieur’, equivalent to a Master’s degree.

Different options are open to international students:

If you wish to follow a degree programme to obtain the ‘Diplôme d’Ingenieur’:

• Enrollment in Year 1, in the bilingual international section SIB-IBIS. For conditions and application procedures, click here.
• Enrollment in Year 3.  For conditions and application procedures, click here.
• Participate in the Franco/German or Franco/Brazilian double degree programmes if you are a student at Kaiserslautern University, Uberlandia University or Santa Catarina Universiy. Contact your International Relations Office.

If you wish to attend as an exchange student:

• In this case no degree is awarded. We can only accept students from universities which have signed a bilateral partnership agreement with INSA ROUEN, and those taking part with INSA ROUEN in mobility programmes such as CREPUQ, ARFITEC, BRAFITEC, MEXIFITEC or ERASMUS. Check with your International Office.
• Once you have been selected by your home university, please go to «incoming exchange students» , and download the application form.
