Welcome to INSA Rouen ! This handbook has been written with two publics in mind: students who have been accepted to come and study here on an exchange, and students at our partner universities who may be envisaging studying abroad and would like to know a little more about us. It includes information about study opportunities at INSA, the teaching departments, accommodation, etc. but also about the administrative formalities and life in France and, more particularly, Normandy.
