Studying at INSA ROUEN
Application procedure
(Only for exchange students)
To come to INSA Rouen as an exchange student you must first have been
nominated by a partner university. Foreign
students who wish to attend courses, carry out a project or write a thesis at
INSA, have to be accepted by the INSA ROUEN department concerned.
Application form and Learning Agreement
Please download our application form & learning agreement on this page. Forms must be signed stamped by the authorised person at home university and sent by post to the International Mobility Office at INSA. The application form must be accompanied by the following documents:
- a letter of motivation in French stating your reason for applying to INSA ROUEN and for your choice of courses/thesis work/ etc.;

copy of your home university student card;
-
original transcript of marks obtained since entry to higher education. If not available in French, an English translation has to be enclosed together with a description of the institutional grading/credits system;

a photocopy of the page(s) of your passport with your name, date and place of birth and the expiry date of the passport;

a signed learning agreement. Please use the document enclosed;

a letter of recommendation from the academic supervisor at your home university;

passport photo x 2
Only complete application sets will be considered, applications which arrive after these deadlines cannot be accepted.

- 01 May 2012, if your are planning to study in autumn semester (September start)
- 15 November 2012, if you are planning to study in the spring semester (February start)
