INSA-Rouen aims at implementing cross -disciplinary courses in all sectors of activity such as aerospace science , pharmacology , environmental issues , medicine , automobile , computing , ....Working in synergy with research laboratories and the Centres d' Etudes et de Recherches Technologiques ( Technological research and studies centres ) enables  INSA-Rouen to decompartmentalize research particular fields.

Our laboratories are real  incubators  for young talented engineers .Thanks to our cutting -edge  engineering thematic training  , INSA-Rouen  has been accredited to deliver the doctorate diploma since 2000 . Each year , INSA-Rouen greets about 100 students . We insist on training our students to research and through research within the framework of our masters and in association with our PUN ( Norman University Pole )  partners .
