INSA Rouen Normandie is well aware of the sources of fatigue, stress and difficulties that student life can generate, and has set up a help and listening unit within the institution. Students are invited to get in touch with one of the members of the unit, so that they can discuss their difficulties and fears in complete confidentiality, should they feel the need.

The unit is made up of members of the school's various departments. As part of this mission, listeners must respect a commitment to confidentiality and neutrality.

List of members: the nurse, the head of the one-stop-shop and student life, the psychologist, a doctor and the director of training and student life.
