Métro, TEOR and Bus
The campus is served by several public transportation lines.
- Metro-tram (Boulingrin ↔ Technopôle du Madrillet): reaches the city center in under 30 minutes from "Technopôle" terminus.
- TEOR line T4 connects downtown Rouen to the Zénith; about a 10-minute walk from INSA.
- Bus line F6 runs through the campus, linking Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray and Grand-Couronne.
Train
Take the train to Rouen Rive Droite, then the metro to Technopôle. Total journey: about 40 minutes.
Long distance coaches
Some coach services stop in central Rouen, within a 15-minute walk of the school.
By bicycle
The campus is crossed by a bike path and bordered by woodland trails. Secure bike parking is available at each building.
By car or carpool
Situated less than 10 minutes from highway A13, the school is easy to reach.
- From Paris via A13 (exit 22): Continue on A139 toward Rouen, follow signs to N138/Saint-Étienne du Rouvray/Sotteville/Rouen Sud/Zénith – then follow roundabouts and straight for about 900 m.
- From Caen via A13 (exit 23): Take exit toward Rouen-Centre/Elbeuf/Grand Couronne/Zone Portuaire/Rouen Ouest, then follow N138/Saint-Étienne du Rouvray/Sotteville/Rouen Sud/Zénith – same roundabout directions.
- Carpool: The Métropole Rouen Normandie subsidizes daily carpooling via BlaBlaCar Daily.
