Investing for Tomorrow
The Investissements d’avenir Program
Initiated by the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, the Investissements d’avenir Program aims to improve productivity, further innovation and business competitiveness, and increase employment opportunities. INSA Rouen Normandie, in conjunction with its partners, has already been selected for a number of requests for proposals, such as:
- a TIGA: Rouen Normandy smart mobility for all – an integrated multimodal and carbon-free mobility system;
- two LABEX (Excellence Laboratory): SynOrg and EMC3;
- an AMI (expression of interest): large-scale wind farm;
- an EQUIPEX (infrastructure project for Excellence): GENESIS.
The Carnot certification, awarded by the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, aims to foster collaborative research among public research organizations. CORIA and GPM work in collaboration with the Carnot Energy and Propulsion Systems Institute. In addition, COBRA and PBS work together in the preparatory-phase program Innovation Chimie Carnot (I2C).
Such achievements highlight the skills and assets of INSA Rouen and of the Normandy region, and their ability to bring together stakeholders to design and manage programs that enhance national research and training in France.
